Nana's visit!

We are so happy Nana is feeling better! She was even feeling up to coming to see us Monday. I snapped these pictures of Adeline wearing Nana's necklace. We had to take it away because all she wanted to do was bite it (surprise, surprise).

There are also a couple of random pics I took the other day. Maybe this will give Uncle Justin his Adeline fix!

Playtime with Corban

I know it's been soooo long since I posted anything. Sorry about that! We've been a little under the weather here, but beginning to feel better now.

The above pictures are from a week or so ago. While in Corinth we got to visit with Corban and Camden! They are the beautiful grandsons of my Mom's best friend, Brenda. They were in from Nashville, and we were so excited to get to see them. I didn't get any pictures of Camden, he's a little fellow, just a couple of months old now, and was having his afternoon siesta. Corban and Adeline did plenty of playing though. Corban was so sweet, giving her a hug before we left!

Halloween Pictures!

Here's our Native American Princess. The logic behind this outfit was that maybe, just maybe she would leave the feather on her head. I knew she wouldn't wear any type of costume that had to go over her head. (Adeline has already decided she doesn't do bows or hats, more on that later). To our surprise, she actually left the feather on the whole time!

Most of these pictures are taken at Ms. Martha's house. Adeline loves that she has flowers and her favorite rocking chair there. Others were taken at Ms. Sandy's, where more of Adeline's favorite objects, the cows, can be found.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADELINE!

What a difference a year makes! She doesn't look anywhere close to the same baby we brought home way back then. It was almost exactly this time that Ms. Adeline Marie made her debut, wild hair, sweet little face, jaundice and all!

I regret to say we have celebrated Adeline's real birthday with a trip to the doctor's office for her one-year check-up, but it's true. Our doctor is super busy, so we had to take an appointment when we could get it. I really hated that she had to get shots today though! She didn't like getting stuck, but she's back to being a happy camper now. I'll fix her a special dinner to make up for it!
